Terms Used
The club refers to Mindarie Netball Club.
The member refers to parent or legal guardian with a participating child or player in the club.
Registration refers to the process of registering a child to become a player in the club
Sign up refers to the process registering for accessing of restricted website areas (members only)
Registration of Player
The parents/guardians may register their child to the club by completing and submitting the checkout process on the club's website.
Process
The parents/guardians must provide all required information (including name, email address, phone number, child's name & age and payment details) or the club may not be able to process the registration.
Payment Processing
Payment on the website are handled by Squareup. Using the cart on the website are provided by Weebly & Squareup systems.
Prices are stated and are payable in Australian dollars ($AUD). Any currency conversion will take place online at the rate applicable at the time of purchase. The club may vary any prices on the club's website at any time and without notice.
Availability and cancellation
All registrations are subject to the availability of spaces for membership. If for any reason membership is not available, the club will endeavour to notify the non-availability on this website. You will be notified by email if your registration has been cancelled.
The Clubs Discretion in Rejecting Registrations
No registration shall be deemed accepted by the club until the club has sent the parent/guardian the final approval. The club reserves the exclusive right to accept or reject (for any reason whatsoever and in whole or in part) any registration submitted by parent/guardian. If the club rejects the a registration, any money paid by the parent/guardian in relation to the rejected part shall be refunded and the club shall have no further liability to the parents/guardians in relation to the rejected part of that order.
Cancellation of Registration
Where products are listed on the club's website with an incorrect price or with incorrect information, the club reserves the right to cancel the parent's/guardian's registration (regardless of whether the parent/guardian has made payment for that order).
Where the parent/guardian has already made payment for an order that is subsequently cancelled by the club, the club will refund the amount paid in relation to that order. The club may cancel the parent's/guardian's registration any time prior to our final approval. Any variation, waiver or cancellation of the parent's/guardian's registration shall have no effect unless accepted in writing by the club.
Errors & Omissions
The club is entitled at any time to correct all errors and omissions (whether clerical, computational or otherwise) in any advertising, quotation or acknowledgement. Due to the club's administrative processes, errors (if any) may be discovered up to 30 days after registration. The club will notify they parent/guardian promptly of any error or omission discovered by the club, and give the parent/guardian the option of returning the goods for a full refund.
Parent/Member Sign Up Process (Website)
Access to certain parts of the website is restricted to registered members only, for security and privacy purposes. To access restricted areas a member must be logged in. Sign up for the website is controlled by the clubs web hosting software, Weebly, with the final approval by the committee or representative.
